This adapter is designed to clamp onto the muzzle of a shotgun and allow Tactical
Personnel to launch any of the 429 or 470 size grenades (T-429, T-459, D-450, D-451, T-470 and
T-471) out to distances of 91 meters (100 yards). EXTREMELY IMPORTANT NOTE: YOU MUST USE
ONLY PRECISION ORDNANCE PRODUCTS, INC., LAUNCHING BLANKS. DO NOT USE ANY OTHER

LAUNCHING BLANKS WITH THESE ITEMS . Use of any other launching blanks may cause the grenade
to explode in the launcher. If you feel that you may utilize the launching capabilities of these
items please specify when ordering, as a special Sabot Type End Cap is needed to launch these
items.

Do not launch any of these munitions without the special launching sabot end cap.

Use only the launching blanks provided by Precision Ordnance Products, Inc. and no
others. Any other launching blanks may explode the munition in the launcher causing lethal
fragmentation.

NOTE:

WHEN HANDLING THESE DEVICES, ALL PERSONNEL IN THE AREA SHOULD BE WEARING BODY
ARMOR, BALACLAVA EYE AND EAR PROTECTION ETC. ALL PERSONNEL SHOULD BE PLACED BEHIND
COVER, IN BOTH TRAINING AND TACTICAL USAGE OF THESE DEVICES AS THERE IS ALWAYS THE
POSSIBILITY OF SECONDARY FRAGMENTATION (IE: GLASS, NAILS, ROCKS)

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT, YOU, THE END USERS HAVE SEVERAL PEOPLE ON YOUR
TACTICAL UNIT CERTIFIED IN THE USE OF THESE MUNITIONS. PRECISION ORDNANCE PRODUCTS,
INC. OFFERS A TWO DAY USER CERTIFICATION CLASS IN THEIR USAGE. PLEASE CONTACT
